Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Ferreira is a successful entrepreneur who has provided strategic vision, planning and implementation for public and private companies for more than 9 years, primarily in the junior mining sector. He has experience in building effective exploration teams and delivering quality exploration results. He has established a deeply rooted network in the mining and finance community which have helped shape several publicly traded exploration companies.
Kevin Spall – Co-Chief Executive Officer; Director. Mr. Spall has eighteen years of financial services and alternative energy experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Spall worked at: Yorkton Securities (now Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd.), Versant Partners Inc. (now Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corp.), where he was the Head of Investment Banking, and Blackmont Capital Inc., where he was the Head of Diversified Investment Banking. Since 2010, Mr. Spall has focused on several opportunities primarily in the alternative energy industry, including the successful development of a 50MW solar farm in Africa. Currently, Mr. Spall is CFO & Director of EEStor Corp. (TSXV: ESU) and sits on the Board of Directors of several private companies.
Andrew Osis – Co-Chief Executive Officer; Director. Mr. Osis has a twenty-year career working in investment banking and commercial operations having managed teams with up to one hundred people. Over the length of his career Mr. Osis has been involved in more than $25 billion in transactions. Mr. Osis formerly held positions as Vice President, Global Banking with RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Canada’s largest investment banking firm, as well as positions with Peters & Company and Newcrest Capital where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. Since leaving the investment banking business, Mr. Osis has served on numerous Boards of Directors, and as CEO and CFO of public and private organizations, covering technology, media and entertainment, energy and oilfield services, manufacturing, life sciences, and other sectors.
Myke brings 18 years of media, public affairs and marketing experience with a variety of public and private companies to the Solar Alliance team. He has held senior public affairs, branding and strategic communications roles in the natural resource and project development industry. Formerly SVP Business Development for Finavera Wind Energy, Myke also spent more than 10 years as a journalist with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and other news organizations.
David joined CareRx in May 2018 as President and CEO. Under his leadership, the company has executed a significant and successful transformation to sharpen its strategic focus, strengthen its team, and dramatically improve its financial performance. David has 15 years of healthcare leadership experience in Canada, previously serving as the President of Stryker Canada from 2008 to 2016, and then as the President of Cardinal Health Canada from 2016 to 2018. Throughout his career, David has a consistent track record of leading his teams to market leadership positions, improved operating margins, and recognition as a top employer. David holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Toronto. In addition to serving as CEO of CareRx, David also sits on the Board of Directors of the company and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Rotman Healthcare and Life Sciences Advisory Board, the Healthcare Supply Chain Network, and the GS1 Canada Healthcare Sector Board.
Mr. Haber has thirty years of experience in project management sales and marketing in the agricultural industry. Prior to founding Irri-Al-Tal, between 1997 and 2002 Mr. Haber served as sales and operations manager of Latin America Region at Dan Sprinklers Ltd. – an Israeli manufacturer of sprinklers and irrigation systems, which merged with NaanDan Irrigation Systems (C.S.) Ltd. in 2007 to form NaanDanJain Irrigation C.S. Ltd. (“NaanDanJain”) Between 1992 and 1997 Mr. Haber served as the Head of Israel sales and marketing for Metzerplas Ltd. (“Metzerplas”) an Israeli manufacturer of drip irrigation systems. Mr. Haber has extensive operational experience in the area of open field and vineyard farms irrigation.

Randy is a highly experienced entrepreneur, having successfully led three early stage high-growth companies,and has over 20years of management consulting experience with market leaders including Deloitte in various industries including Retail, Financial, and Manufacturing. Randy most recently acted as an M&A advisor,leading negotiation in a private capital placement for an Ontario Hemp startup company. At Hempsana, Randy’s expertise is utilized by steering the company’s growth and development through tactical execution of the business plan.
Started in the long-term care and retirement industry Ontario in 1990. His experience centered on the development, operation and redevelopment of long-term care facilities and adult based residential communities. In the 1990’s Michael led the Management Services Division at Versa-Care Ltd that focused on providing management services to various profit and not for profit long term care facilities. In 1998 Michael became President of Leacock Point Development Corporation, a development company building independent senior living condominiums. In 2011, as President of Southbridge Capital Inc., he and the Southbridge team created and launched Southbridge Health Care LP, a limited partnership that acquires and operates seniors living residences, including long term care, assisted and independent living facilities. In 3 years, Southbridge Health Care LP raised $50 MM in equity and accumulate over of $135 MM in assets, a portfolio that included 19 long term care homes, 4 assisted and independent living facilities, 2,235 beds and over 2,300 employees.
Jim is a veteran in the investment industry with over 30 years experience in financial services. He has held Senior Executive roles in alternative investing, real estate, securities, mutual funds and insurance, and has designed and implemented national distribution strategies, raising multi billions of dollars through asset growth, acquisition and key corporate partnerships for large financial corporations. Jim also sits on key advisory boards and industry related association. He studied Economics and Commerce at the University of Toronto.
